We thank you for being a customer of Tennis US. We strive to ensure our customers satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund, exchange, or store credit (within 30 days from the date of your invoice, as long as the product is in its original unused / uninstalled condition).
All racquets must be in new condition showing no signs of use (i.e. ball fuzz, plastic removed from handle, scrapes on bumper guard, etc.) to receive a full refund (excluding string). For all warranties, returns, and exchanges we ask that the customer pay return shipping to the store.
Shoes must be in brand new condition. Please use the box the shoes were shipped in to return shoes. Do not place any shipping labels or tape directly on the shoe box.
Apparel items must be returned unworn and unwashed with the original tags still attached.
Bags, Strings and Accessories must be returned unused and with their original package and labels.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Exchanges are limited to two like item products from the original order.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
